Midwest Marine Conference 2011 Vendor Policies
Setup
Vendors may setup displays and booths On Friday November 4th from 5-10 pm and Saturday morning starting at 7 am.
Vendors setting up on Friday MUST arrive before 8pm and MUST be completed by 10pm. If your booth will take more than 5 hours to setup and wish to get in earlier special arrangements can be made. Please contact us at sales@masm.org for more details.
Tear Down
All sales must stop by 4pm on Saturday. No Exceptions. Vendor tear down should be complete by 6pm.
With the exception of lunch on Saturday vendors will be responsible for their own meals during the event.
